Rates and quotes

Published rates assume average condition and are confirmed at your initial deep clean. If a home needs substantially more time than quoted (heavy pet hair, significant clutter, unusually large layouts), we tell you before anything changes, never after. Recurring rates are flat per visit. Founding customers keep their rate locked for 12 months.

Scheduling

Recurring service continues visit to visit with no contract. Reschedule or skip a visit free with at least 48 hours notice. Same-day cancellations or lockouts carry a $55 fee, because your team's day was built around your home. A skipped visit may be cleaned at the next-frequency rate if the home needs the extra time; we tell you before the team starts.

Our guarantee

If any area of a clean is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we return to re-clean it free. If we damage something, tell us within 24 hours and we make it right: repaired, replaced, or reimbursed. Krystal Klean Interiors carries general liability insurance and a janitorial bond; coverage is subject to policy terms.

Our team

Cleaners are background-checked employees of Krystal Klean Interiors working from our room-by-room checklist. For everyone's safety we ask that anxious pets be crated or gated during visits and that sensitive or delicate items be pointed out at booking.
