Krystal Klean Interiors is based in Holiday, and every Holiday home gets a flat, locked per-visit price, custom-quoted for that home. Being minutes from base means Holiday gets our most flexible scheduling and our fastest response.
Our shop is on Louis Ave, a few blocks off US 19. When you book us, the team that shows up did not drive in from Tampa or Clearwater; they started the morning here in Holiday. That matters more than it sounds. Most cleaning companies treat this town as the far edge of their map, the last stop of the day if they come at all, which is how you end up with a 3 PM arrival for a 12 PM window. For us, Holiday is the center. It is where our family has parked the Krystal Klean Exterior trucks since 2016, where our kids go to school, and where the first routes on our calendar get filled. We are your neighbors, not a franchise territory somebody bought.
Which Holiday neighborhoods do we clean?
All of them, honestly, but here is where our routes run most days. Holiday Lake Estates is the heart of it: block after block of 1960s and 70s concrete-block homes around Holiday Lake, most of them 2 bedroom, many with the original terrazzo still under the carpet. Beacon Square and Aloha Gardens are the same era and the same story, compact single-story homes on tidy lots where a two-person team can do real work in a couple of hours. Forest Hills sits east of US 19 with a mix of originals and updated interiors. Buena Vista runs the older grid streets closer to the Anclote River. And out toward the water, Key Vista and Gulf Trace bring newer construction, higher ceilings, and the Gulf humidity that comes with living near Anclote Gulf Park.
If your street is between US 19 and the river, or anywhere from the Tarpon Springs line up to Port Richey, you are inside our tightest service circle. No trip fees, no "we'll see if a team is in the area." A team is always in the area. We live here. Houses are not the whole route, either: we also keep small offices and professional suites in Holiday clean through our commercial cleaning service, on the same flat-quote system.
What Holiday homes actually need
Cleaning a Holiday home is a specific job, because most of these houses were built between 1960 and 1979 and they share the same traits. Terrazzo and tile floors that look glorious when they are kept up and chalky when they are not; we dust mop, then damp mop with a neutral cleaner, because vinegar and harsh products are what dull terrazzo in the first place. Original bathrooms with 4-inch ceramic tile, where the grout is the whole ballgame: our deep clean scrubs those lines back to their real color, and recurring visits keep them there. Jalousie-era window sills and low ceilings that collect dust you can actually reach and wipe, so no corner gets a pass on our room-by-room checklist.
Then there is the Florida part. Gulf humidity works on every bathroom in town, and homes near the Anclote deal with damp air most of the year, so we hit the mildew-prone spots, shower corners, window tracks, the lanai door glass, on every visit rather than waiting for them to turn. Pollen season dusts every lanai and front room from Key Vista to Forest Hills each spring. And plenty of Holiday households are seasonal: if you head north for the summer, we can do a proper clean before you leave and a refresh the week you come back, so the house never smells like it sat. Our snowbird arrival cleaning checklist spells out what that reopening visit should cover.
When was the last time your terrazzo actually shined? If yours has gone chalky, our guide to terrazzo floor cleaning in Florida explains what brings the shine back and which products quietly ruin it.
Holiday cleaning packages
| Visit type | Best for | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Weekly | Busy and pet-filled households | The full checklist every week, so the home never slides |
| Biweekly | Most Holiday homes | The full checklist on an every-other-week rhythm |
| Monthly | Villas and seasonal residents | A thorough reset that holds the baseline between visits |
| Deep clean | First visits and spring resets | Grout, terrazzo, and detail work brought back to baseline |
A lot of Holiday is 2 bedroom homes and villas, so unlike companies whose "minimum" was designed for a 4-bedroom in the suburbs, we quote packages for the homes that are actually here. Every home gets a flat, locked per-visit price, custom-quoted around size, condition, frequency, pets, and priorities: you tell us what matters and we quote exactly that, the same way in Holiday as anywhere else on our map. Standard professional products come with a standard quote, and organic and plant-based options are available on request, quoted as part of your package. It is your home, and anything in the package can be reviewed and adjusted.
Priority scheduling and a quote locked for 12 months for the first 25 recurring households who begin weekly or biweekly service, and being our hometown, Holiday is claiming its share first.
New to us? Most Holiday homes start with a deep clean to reset the baseline, then settle into weekly or biweekly service. Selling or clearing out a family home? Our move-out cleaning handles empty houses, inside cabinets and appliances included. You can see exactly what every visit covers on the cleaning checklist, then book by phone or through the estimate wizard.
