How do we schedule around a closing date?
Book the clean as soon as your closing or lease-end date is on the calendar, even if the movers are not booked yet. Moving season here peaks twice, summer families and spring snowbird departures, and the end of the month fills first. We hold your slot and confirm the details as the date firms up. The order of operations matters. The clean goes after the movers finish and before the walkthrough, the photographer, or the new keys change hands. For most closings that means the day after the truck leaves, with a day of cushion before the walkthrough in case the movers run long. We work Monday through Friday, 8 to 5, and a typical 3/2 is done in a single visit.
Closing dates slip. Lenders delay, walkthroughs get pushed, buyers ask for another week. When yours moves, call or text at least 48 hours ahead and we move the clean with it at no charge. And one practical Florida note: leave the water and electricity on through cleaning day. We need both, and an August afternoon in a house with no air conditioning is hard on everyone, including your cleaning team.
