Every weekly or biweekly plan begins with a deep clean. It brings the whole home up to our maintenance standard so the regular visits that follow stay quick, thorough, and predictable. That reset is what lets us lock a flat rate instead of re-quoting you every month.
After pollen season
From roughly February through April, oak pollen coats window sills, tracks, fan blades, and every horizontal surface in West Pasco. A spring deep clean pulls that yellow film out of the house instead of letting the AC keep recirculating it.
When humidity wins
Florida summers push indoor humidity high enough that mildew shows up in grout lines, shower corners, and around AC vents. Tile floors hide it well until you look closely. A deep clean scrubs that film out at the surface level before it becomes a staining problem. Before guests or a big event
